Applying to SFR
Applications will open at the start of the academic year. You will receive talks during your introductory lectures, and application links will be available on this website and our social media channels. We will be at the cca fair if you have any further questions at the time
FAQ’s
Who can apply?
To apply, you must be studying any field of engineering and be in either your first year or foundation year at the university.
What is the time commitment?
We expect all members to attend our bi-weekly meetings, which are two hours each.
Members are also required to be available for our build sessions, which take place for:
-2 weeks over Easter
-3 weeks during the summer
How can I prepare?
No prior knowledge or experience is required, so there is no specific preparation we recommend. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
